have you noticed, since leaving, that there's a whole network that's gone missing?
where you could easily find a tile-setter, dry-waller, painter, house for sale/rent, job... while in the org., now these things are harder to come by?
i just want to build a house!

Come to Southern California... they're a dime-a-dozen here.
tis an valid point...although my jw sisters have employed me recently to do their maintenance.
probably cos im cheaper and do a better job.....
and i'm better looking
Tile setters were usually from the immigrant Italian groups and can probably be found in their communities or in the illegal Mexican communities. It seems that the Mexicans have become pretty good at it.
If there are any of these groups in your area why not ask?
