Is there a moderator available?

Sorry, hit enter to fast. I want to ask a question about a post I'd like to make but don't wish to break any posting rules. I'd like to PM it first to make certain I'm not. The FAQ said to look for a moderator in the current timezone but I'm not sure how to do that.
