Why is it that......

  Each time I see JW's in the field service, and they see me, they will wave at me with a big smile as if we are still friends.......but when they aren't doing anything related to JW work, like if i see them at the grocery store, they wlll more or less shun me?

  I was taking a walk earlier, and a few sisters got out of a minivan, and were walking towards a house, and they saw me and waved at me with a big smile. One of them was an elders wife.

  I think that they want to show that they are serving God, and they are saying, "Look how spiritual we are dear inactive brother....

  Becuase when they are on the ministry they are surrounded by the holy goat of course, so your evil apostate ways cant hurt them.

  I'm SURE if it was a minivan full of elders in the field service, they wouldn't have smiled very much.......because they have to show that they are dissapointed at me.

  In the grocery store, I would go out of way by saying Hi and shake there hand. When you were walking towards the house and they waved at you. Turn your back, like you did'nt see them. DO IT TO THEM, LIKE THEY DO IT TO YOU.

  It's hard to know why, this is a strange piece of psychology. The JWs are a strange lot anyway. Perhaps in the grocery there is more chance for intimacy so they put up their guard. They are not on an open street walking away.

  That wave came from a Jehovabot. Mindless Jehovabot batterys purchased separately. The JWs live in their own little world. The angels are out there in the field service - my ASS

  Their showing how lovely and christian like they are in front of each other, afterall they are out in the field, it is all part of the game, and maybe they would want to set a good (hypocritical) example for one another. pooh
