I found this site a couple of months ago and have found some really interesting documentaries. One of my favorites was about taking the home movies that Eva Braun made of Adolph Hitler and using a computer program to read his lips. Then, using a short conversation he made while relaxing in an informal setting (his normal everyday voice was rarely heard on tape and was nothing like what is heard in the rants of his public speeches), they were able to recreate audible conversations. It was really fascinating.
