I've been to many Catholic services-lo and behold each one is a repeat of the last one. Including when the service halts and we all greet each others in the pews. That part is always interesting. I have met many interesting and humbling folk in Mexico at these services. Too bad I cannot understand a word they say. (well the odd word).

I am sure that there are some Catholic priests and theologians that are interested in organising Bible study groups for interested people in their area.
These are different from their church services which are formal and repetitive. -

I know a Catholic that had weekly bible studies, no other literature to go with it either.
