Very nice! I've wanted to take a look at this for years! The most interesting letter is http://medlem.spray.se/lwik/coj/800228wt.pdf. There the author actually tries to give a response to Jonsson's evidence. It is much more of an effort than the wimped out discussion in the Let Your Kingdom Come book. Jonsson's detailed response is also good reading.
Interesting that in his first letter he refers to himself in the third person. I wonder if this was anticipating an initially negative response.

Sorry about this Thread appearing twice. The system locked up when I tried to create the Thread, so I hit the "send" a second time. Once more I got no response, so I thought I would have another try a few hours later.
When I looked later, there it was - twice! I don't know where the gremlin was, it's a long way between here (Melbourne) and there.
I hope that the release of this information will help fill a gap and show what was written at the time.
