Now that many ex-Dubs are starting to sue the Org for damage inflicted on them during their stay, the Tower has reorganised and shifted its assets into many different corporations to protect themselves from being sued into oblivion. I don't know about US law but surely there is some provision whereby a Judge can "lift hte corporate veil"? This means that where a person is trying to get around certain laws and agreements by forming a corporation to do his dirty work, the court will treat the corporation as not existing for the purposes of the case. Any DUbs going after the Tower in court should make their lawyers aware of the problem of all the assets being farmed out and squirreled away in differnet arms of the Tower and should apply to have the corporate veil lifted.
