I am searching desperately a quote, surely in the Walsh Trial, saying that the board of directors, even if they were called "the governing body" at that time (1954) have no right to vote a decision ? Could you help me, i have loosed my note on this trial. Bye Charles

As far as I can recall the GB didn't get any real power until the mid 1970's so I suppose that's when they got the authority to vote and pass decisions. Until then all power was in the hands of the president.
