Do you think that Jesus or one of the New Testament writers would have said “only 144,000 are going to heaven so hurry up” Not one time did anyone say this, yet it is a “core truth” today. If only 144,000 where going to heaven wouldn’t a first century count of believers been reported? What a mess.

That idea of 144 000 going to heaven does not stand on closer scrutiny because the verse on which it is based is symbolic, it talks of male Jewish virgins who the JWs admit are symbolic yet they insist their number is literal.
And as you mentioned it is impossible that this number could not have been fulfilled after nearly 2000 years of Christianity. Surely the saints and martyrs amounted to many more than that number over those two millenia.
No need for a half baked cult to come in and fill one third of those positions in a few decades. -

You bunch of ingrates.
Look at what all the Faithful Slave has done to you.

Cheetos
The so called "faithful slave stopped providing food during the lov'ins in the summer, yummy things like the wonderful cheese danish's, and Cheetos of course I used to enjoy all that slop they would lovingly provide for the brothers and sister's at an inflated cost so they could pay for the arena's and money left over for the kitty. Little did we know they were suposed to be charging tax's on all that sloppy food, that is why they don't do that no more.
