New Kool-Aid Ingredient?

There has been plenty of comparison between the Watchtower Society, including speculation, about the Jim Jones cult that drank the Kool-Aid poisoned with cyanide. There has been speculation that, if the Watchtower Society ever did the same thing, how many people would drink it.

However, there is a more plausible situation. The Watchtower Society is after control. There are a number of drugs that make it easier to control people. At the risk that some of those window-washers will try and collude with the drug companies, I will name a few--Thorazine, Haldol, and Stellazine. In effect, all these major tranquilizers will make zombies out of people.

When a person takes these drugs, it is like turning off part of the brain. The person loses the ability to think, and becomes bicameral. Some of the SSRI antidepressants are capable of doing this, too, and hallucinations are a major problem with them. Once this happens, the Watchtower Society can more easily program people to do their will, since they are no longer able to consciously think and will do things that they otherwise wouldn't have (like shooting up people at schools and college campuses).

This poses a real risk. Suppose the Watchtower janitors were somehow to make a deal with the drug companies, causing them to get more revenue from drug sales, and mix these dangerous drugs with Kool-Aid. The members would then drink the Kool-Aid. Instead of dying, however, they would have their thinking ability turned off permanently. Since the damage these drugs does is permanent, they are unable to leave at will (the damage from programming without drugs can be undone, though with residual harm from having wasted time in a cult). From there, they would be programmed to robotically screech around 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, braving any and all hazards of all types placing the bullsxxx magazines.

My hope is that this threat reaches the FDA and the people in charge of the drug companies, and that they will stop anything like this from ever happening. People need to wake up and see the damage that these drugs (as well as the SSRIs, and all psychiatric drugs) can do before taking them, and there should be absolutely zero tolerance for anyone being forced to taking any of them. Most importantly, I hope that the Watchtower Society is unsuccessful at getting a supply of such dangerous drugs. After the Jim Jones cult with the cyanide-laced Kool-Aid, however, this is not something that can be dismissed. At least the cyanide cut off the spread of the cult. The drugged Kool-Aid, if the Watchtower Society is able to create, would only make things worse.

I hope that this stunt, or any other stunt like this, lands the Watchtower Society in more hot water than even the pedophile scandals. The reason I can see them attempting a stunt like this is that their numbers are dropping, and they can only inflate them so long. This might be a desperate attempt for them to get their members to stay for life. Let's hope it doesn't happen and if they do attempt it, that they get shut down.

When reading this thread it looked scary in a 'conspiracy theory' kind of way, but it reminded me of something the jw's had already done. In the middle of the last century there was a vaccine for a disease I can't remember now, possibly smallpox or polio. The witnoids came out in force against the vaccine and many took their children to get burned burned by acid to fake the circular scar the vaccine shot left behind. Perhaps someone else can confirm this. Anyway if the witlings are willing to go that far, can a Thorazine drip be far behind?

In addition to what Journey-on said about the literature, their meetings also put people into a trance-like state -- especially the Watchtower Study. Last WT study I attended (in 2000) made me so drowsy, and so few were participating, it seemed eery and trance-like.

I think it's kind of hard to administer a drug online. In the Kingdumb Hell, all they would have to do is have people drink the Kool-Aid, and the drug is in them. Online, there is no way anyone can be offered poison Kool-Aid and drink it unless they make it at their own home (and there, they can leave out the drug).

The control issue is directly linked to the $$$$ issue. I think at this time the GB are made up of men who are not "problem solver" rather they are "limit damage" men. There is no "thinking outside of the Borg.....cough, cough BOX, I mean. Instead the main plan seems to be to put all the JWs into a box and hope that all will consider it shepherdly protection. Once the bank accounts really take a dive you will hear a different tune.
