Actually she was blowing in tempo, but in a different key.
She does not seem to have been engineered properly and certainly should have some sort of monitor in operation so she can hear herself play against the recorded orchestra. She should kick the scrap out of her sound-checkers.
As for her dancing, well...there is always the day job.
