My personal feeling is that the website made me think that there was an organization of experts
One expert does not mean "consultants" or use "us" or "we" in reference to the people who are involved.
Duane, however, has been around for a long time

Hello all,
I have been very busy for the last few months and so I have not been spending as much time reading posts as I used to but I saw this thread and thought I might add a bit of clarification on www.jehovahswitnessesexperts.com
Please bear with me.The "Profile" page was put together not only because Duane Magnani is an expert on Jehovah's Witnesses but is also an expert on what it takes to win child custody cases for those who find themselves fighting for their children against the Watchtower Society. He has been engaged in child custody work in behalf of the non-JW parent for over 20 years using a strategy that he developed which is highly successful in getting sole custody for the non-JW parent. It is my privilege to work with the best at rescuing kids and parents from the Society.
Expert Custody Consultants is not an organization like Witness Inc. Rather it specializes in strategizing custody cases for non-JW parents and their attorneys.
I work with Duane as a part of Expert Custody Consultants and we have been working to expand our services in the firm belief that kids deserve the opportunity to grow up free and not under the authoritarian control of the Society.

I have been with Witness Inc., working with Duane Magnani, since 1994 and have served on the board of Directors for several years now having also served as National Missions Director for a few years. I have spent the last year in ECC having just finish a huge case, working with Duane, resulting in winning sole custody with full restrictions preventing the JW parent from training the child in the beliefs and practices of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
Duane and I are constantly reviewing our site for clarity and accuracy.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Duane on the phone years ago, I enjoyed our conversation and had I gone that route I have no doubt he would have been a great help to me. I did have the opportunity to have semi regular emails with an associate of his somehow associated with Witness Inc. That gentleman was wonderful! Most of our emails were doctrinal in nature (I knew nothing of jw's) and he was helpful and kind. He truly wanted to help and help get jw's out and allow them their dignity as well. Always a gentleman, I hope he is well.
