what kind of problem are you having. Lost password? or the password that you use is not working?

Password problem but sending new to the hotmail account I can't access. Duh. How to send to another account?

usually you have a secret question or something you can answer to reset the password. Also, you usually give an alternate email account when you setup a new account. Outside of these things, not too there is much else you can do.

Likely you have history there you wish to retrieve, emails etc? If not just abandon the account and use the new one. I hate loosing those things. I have had it happen before, though not with Hotmail.

You should switch to gmail...it blows hotmail out of the water....Hotmail was good about 6 years ago.

Not familiar with hot mail. Do they give you a "Forgot your password" tab? You could click it and they will e-mail your password or give you the option to creat a new one.
