JW member of UN for last 10 years?

I read news artical stating JW has been member of UN for last 10 years
and in OCT removed themself has any one else read or heard this it was very disturbing to me.

Yeah I remember when the JW's joined the UN. In their words it was so JW's can show that we pay ceaser his dues and to not be persecuted as much. LOL load of shit.

No it is not true.

JWs have never been a member. Nor have they joined the UN. If you read the threads posted you should understand why the words member and joined are misleading.

XJWs are scrutinized and demonized by JWs as telling lies or inaccuracies. Anything we put out there to combat them should be accurate and truthful.

The WTBTS became an NGO [Non Government Organization] member of the UN DPI [Department of Public Information] in 1992. They concealed this from the rank and file Jw's until even now. They left under the intense heat that was generated as a result of being 'outed' by the Guardian Newspaper in UK in October 2001.

They excused it in several ways over time - not the least common of which excuses was the claimed use of the library there. All the excuses can be proven to be absolute lies, and have been.

IP_Sec..Your right the Jehovah`s Witness`s were never part of the United Nations..How ever..The WatchTower Bible and Tract Society did join the United Nations-NGO..And..Printed United Nations Propaganda in their literature..This was part of the requirement for the WBT$ to be a member of the United Nations-NGO...OUTLAW
