have I missed something? It use to be the last weekend in October on the last Sunday at 2:00 am in the morning the clock would go back one hour that didn't happen so whats up?

They've changed DST. It will change a week later this year.

My husband told me that they had decided to extend it another week to help the farmers out? It is supposed to change this weekend.

This change in DST is part of Satan's wicked system soon to end at Jehovah's hands.

Jehovah is the great timekeeper, and Satan's system has overstepped his sovereignty in trying to set "dates and seasons".
