Why those still in are always still questioned by those long gone!

I have a problem you may all be able explain to me.

Why do so many posters argue posts made by people still active in the 'truth' who still know exactly what's happening right now?

It makes no sense.

Those of us that are still attending, some in high positions, are often times challenged as to our information.

I had a big fight a long while way back about the Society banning Watchtower symbols on KHs (WHICH THEY DID). I read the official WT letter but some posters jumped on me that it was not true.

I think people on this board should start to show some respect to those still active as JWs that can pass along a lot of good info!

Edit: to all. Especially because a lot of you have helped me at times!

Hi 5G,

I feel bad for you that you have to be inside the organization still.

It must be disheartening when you bring us a real good scoop from the inside only to have skeptics question it. I guess that's part of the nature of the ex-JW, to question almost everything.

I appreciate having that inside scoop from you and others in your situation, so I can keep up on major WTS developments. So as long as there are people like you stuck inside the organization, I will be glad for your insider report. I am still interested to see what my parents & grandmother are being exposed to.

Keep on bringing the inside poop. Even if people find some of it hard to understand or believe at first.

I haven't seen the tower on any of the new Kingdom Halls that have been built in our area, but it was quite prominent on one of the old ones.

They didn't say to remove the WT logo if it is already there.

They said that new KH can't have a Watchtower in its brickwork or whatever.

Oopps, I missed something. I beleive you 5th. What was the reasoniong behind this move? It's like Mc Donalds ridding themselves of the golden arches. I can see some having a hard time beleivinig that.

Any idea WHY they made this rule? Any reasons given, bogus or otherwise?

Maybe the WT symbol was becoming an Idol like the the cross...

prolly so when the tower sells the property and someone opens up a house of ill repute............. it wont have the wt symbol for all to see......... tho prolly would drum up attendance at their meetings lol
