This information i want to share you, if you are good runner or regular walk five km daily, you must avoid eat high fiber food, because this is cause for runners diarrhoea., like Banana, bran cereals Lettuce, Broccoli. and you need eat every two days a time, nuts, spaghetti, meatless spaghetti , low fat salad dressing, and try to eat every neight large carbohyderate meal.
Must avoid high fiber food before 48 hours if you plans to long run.
