Hi there I hope you can help. Having read in the newspaper today the sad story of Emma Gough who died after refusing a blood transfusion, I am looking to find a British case study in their 20s, 30s or 40s who may have gone through a similar experience with a loved one. Ideally, we'd be looking for a woman who's lost her husband, but could also be a man who's lost his wife in this way, or a woman who's lost her sister, etc. We'd be willing to pay for the story, or give a donation. I need to find someone asap this week (5th Nov). If this sounds like you, or you know someone who might be interested, please contact [email protected]

This sounds like an oppurnitunity, for someone who has lost a loved one, to give the other side of the story. Not how wonderful it is to follow the JW's blindly. Also point out how their teachings are flawed.

The only ones I get a connection to her name with are Homes and Gardens (unlikely to be for that though!) and 'Now':
Alternatively she could be a freelancer writing for any of ipc's magazines.
C'mon klester - at least the journalist from Bliss magazine told us who she wrote for!!

I emailed her, with this link, to return, so she could answer any of our questions, about half an hour ago.

HI there
Thanks for your replies! I work for NOW Magazine, on the real life desk. I'm looking for someone who's gone through a similar experience with a loved one as Emma Gough and can talk about the blood issue to me. We will pay for the best stories, or, as I mentioned, give a donation to charity if preferred. But I do need to find someone in the next couple of days - preferably tomorrow (Tuesday) and preferably British. If you can help, please email me at [email protected], and I will get back to you asap.
Best wishes
Karen

We seem to be getting a rash of "journalists" trolling for stories here.
Caveat emptor, everyone.

It's obviously because there was a high-profile story in the newspapers that this issue has hit the headlines, and we would like to interview someone ourselves. If anyone would like to speak to me, so I can answer any questions or queries they might have, please do feel free to email me on the address above. Regards, Karen.
