I don't know if it's been announced yet.
But here are some possibilities invented by the creative minds here at JWD: http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/133788/1.ashx

I'm thinking that it will be in the December Kingdom Ministry.

whatever the theme is and who really cares anyway it will really mean; "do more, do more, do more' give us your money, give us your money make the watchtower rich, do more, give, give, give."
There is nothing new under the sun at any of those conventions, it is always do more, give us your money, turn in your fing time, pray, give us you dough, time, energy and lives.

From December 2007 Kingdom Ministry:
2008 District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses
...we suggest that you first consult the March 1, 2008 issue of The Watchtower...patiently await directions through theocratic channels.
I can't find the theme though!

Totally blind, I can still predict what many of the talks will be about. First, they will talk about anything that brings people into contact with worldly people, bashing any sort of association with worldly people. This includes workmates and schoolmates. Shunning that kind of entertainment is always a feature.
Of course, they will have prominent parts about pioneering. Give up that secular job just as gas prices are threatening to hit $5 a gallon in the US and $10 in other countries. There will be skits about how people made legendary sacrifices to pioneer, including at least one with a serious health problem and one that chose to pioneer despite tight money conditions and the chance to improve it.
Let's not forget the associations with apostates. Getting online is getting to be a major sin in that organization, because they think every other Web site is either porn or an apostate site. And they will have another bashing on higher education, including made-up experiences of people who shunned college and are now pioneering and have 6 or 7 studies (and will be destitute when they get to retirement age, but that will not be mentioned).
