I recently had a jdub child come to me with a problem, and was I ever surprised, they could tell that I didn't conform to the party line, even though i have never overtly shown this. They were depressed that they couldn't talk to their own parents but they can talk to me any ole time. I am all ears. I gave them some advice. And totally agee with them that the Ministry is not a career. I look forward to seeing if this continues. I am not 100% sure they aren't being used so answered their questions guardedly. Will see what happens in the futrue.

This situation is a good reason to do the fade. Being there to hold the door out of the JW world will encourage a lot of people that wouldn't otherwise take steps to leave.
