I was thinking about how messed up being one of Jehovah's Witnesses makes you, and then I realized why. I was a Witness until I was 25, so about 3 or 4 years ago. That means until I was 25 years old, ALL I read was apostate literature. The Watchtower is, in the fullest sense, an apostate of Christianity.

Since an apostate is a renegade against God, you may be right there. They use the teachings and word of God and Jesus for immoral purposes so apostate it is.

Double standard. It is OK to read apostate material, as long as it's from the Watchtower Society. But any "apostate" material that is against the Watchtower Society is off limits. Try bringing Crisis of Conscience in and claiming that it is no more apostate than the Puketower litter-ature and see what Brother Hounder says.
