When I was in the "false" I was determined to not let Satan win by misleading me in any way.
Now I am determined to not let them ( the evil WTBTS) win by allowing the time I've lost keep me from really living what's left. I consider that period of time to be a chapter of my life that I have to put behind me. I started my Bible study when I was only 21. I will be 50 in a few months and just got out in May of this year.
I will not let them win by ruining my life.

That's a really good question.... I thought about that today and the answer I came up with is, no, I won't let them ruin my life.
It's just for my family still in, I can't believe they're so damn fooled, and that kills me... but I refues to not be happy just the same, at least I'm no longer banging on doors

Today is the beginning of my new life. I am starting over. All good things are coming to me. I am grateful to be alive. I see beauty all around me. I live with passion and purpose. D E T E R M I N E D ! Yes, each day I determine to live well. It is the best revenge, turly. I gave 50+ yrs to them, I will live the next 50 with myself. They told me the world was evil and unworthy of life. I have learned the world is a source of joy and filled with life.

AWAKE- Good for you ! Each of us has to be determined to live a happy life free of cult mind control ! Being out of the witnesses now, we don't need to be told what will make us happy, we can find out ourselves ! And that is half the fun and learning freedom to choose gives us. It is so nice to have that freedom ! I am very happy in life with my wife , my son, and life in general , but I am just as determined now to also expose the watchtower society for what it is in harboring pedophiles and abusing children. I will never stop talking about that to witnesses I have a chance to tell it to ! I am very determined when it comes to protecting children. Peace out, Mr. Flipper
AW - and that doesn't mean I feel sorry for you - it is more complex than that, but I digress! You are having a positive wave and sending it forth. I hope it will not return to you without results. I hope your future prospers in the fruits of your heart and the same comes to others who hear your wisdom. I will try but am a seed in a dry, rocky place!
