I was reading the Sun (for the articles, of course) when I ran across that headline. I understand the part about the soccer game, but that's about it. Could I get a synopsis of the situation and wth is a 'boiled sweets'?
telly = television
perv = pervert
footie = football = soccer
boiled sweet = hard sweet candy
