WT Comments Goes to YouTube?

    I am considering producing a video version of WT Comments. This would highlight hot topics in each article in a attractive media-rich presentation. The videos would be built in Flash using video clips, still images and voice-over audio. Since the entire article would not be quoted it would be copyright proof and reach a wider audience.

    For this I need your help, so consider this an audition...

    VOICE OVER I need someone who can read a pre-written script and record onto mp3. Participation would require an ongoing commitment. To audition, record this topic and email the mp3 file to the address below.

    A suggestion for the sleek presentation, a good idea would be to use parts of scans of the article. When you did your WT Comments you pointed out that every time "likely" was used it meant there was no real backing behind the statement. You can slowly pan into that, and type out on the screen "Likely means they're lying to you" or however it was you worded it. I'm thinking a presentation like the end video shown in the Running Man. I don't have capability to record audio on my computer but I can edit anything you want, I have Sound Forge, Acid Pro and a video capture device along with several video editing programs. With Sound Forge and Acid Pro I could put music behind the speaking part of your comments.

    I have Adobe Captivate at work and have a pretty good pod casting Mic, i could go in on a Saturday and do it. Captivate makes some pretty good flash presentations too....

    ALSO NEEDED:

    VIDEO AND IMAGE HARVESTER. Someone who is familiar with searching the internet for quality, generic images and video for use in compiling video. Modifications of images/video is not needed, just the download links.

    If you are interested...

    Find a clean image of:

    • A recent Our Kingdom Ministry masthead
    • A photograph of a hand knocking on a door (closeup)

    Locate clean video of a JW pre-teen baptism.

    Email links, not the files to "wtcomments at hotmail.com"

    Regarding voice-over work, any women want to have the "podium?" After all, Blondie did start this whole thing.

    I would just love that a woman's voice be involved in this project - no headcovering required...
