I surely don't want to beat a dead horse but this one's still breathing. The WTS needs to be held responsible. They have tax-free status in our U.S.A. -- a position that certainly should not / must not be extended to organizations which are guilty of fraud.
They are dishonestly (interpret that to mean fraudulently) saying things that are not true on the Gail-Bethea Jackson video site. Correction -- it is their site , not hers.
Recall, when she found out about their posting of her video, she voiced strong objections about their behavior in her letter to me. She claims that statements she made in an hour-long taping session, condensed to 1-1/2 minutes for public consumption, were taken out of context. I have no reason to disbelieve her assertion. Why? The WTS has been proven to have done such a dastardly thing before -- and not just once.
I mailed, several hours ago, a letter to Watchtower. You may see a copy of it below. Not that I expect a reply from them, nor am I naïve enough to expect any action from them. I do feel that responsible citizens need to inform such corporations of alleged fraudulent statements to give them opportunity to make corrections.
If Watchtower persists in such fraud (I will monitor that site for one week) I will follow up with letters to my respective U.S. Senators from the state of Arkansas. If you feel as strongly as I do there is nothing to prevent you from doing the same.

ps: I also posted this letter to page 6 of that thread ("They (WT) took me out of context", Gail Bethea-Jackson video) mentioned above. Reason? There are several external sites which link to it and I think it would be helpful for folks looking at it to see some progress in the matter.
