I can't believe the woman is suing the hospital that saved her life.
Unbelievable. She told them she was a catholic, didn't have a suicide no blood card and wondered why they tranfused her. Couldn't help but notice there was no mention of a HLC in the article either.
First question is she a witness? I have doubts as she did not have her card. Most witnesses i know always carry it.
As she was not carrying her card why not sign the disclaimer forms the Hospital offer, i have done that in an emergency for myself
This article was written in a reputable paper and is before a court of law, therefore i will put my doubts to one side and believe she is paid up member.
Her chances of getting money nil imo, as she is far from a credible witness- no pun intended. It strikes me that she is just chancing her luck to get some money.
