Great news for an ex elder, divorced, third generation dub.
I am second author of a research project looking at internal controls and the financial distress of public hospitals. This is the second conference we presented the research. The 2008 goal is to submit the article to an accounting research journal.

Your english is good. Are all the hospitals public in Taiwan?
Funny you should ask about Taiwan. This country has a national healt care system. And unlike the healthcare system in the US, it seems to work ok.
BTW, if I speak good english it is because I grew up in the heart of this great country, the midwest. We are the only americans that don't speak with a regional accent.
