Stupid elder, bird crap

  After reading TMS's thread on elders appointed by Holy Spirit, I thought of a really weird example of how stupid some elders are.

  I was driving one day in service and was going to the door with an elder that I was not particularly fond of. As we approached the house, a bird flew over and crapped on the shoulder of his white shirt. He continued and went to the door and gave a presentation! After we got back to the car, he tried wiping it off on a napkin (not very successful) and continuing on. I suggested that I take him home to change (he lived two blocks away) but he insisted on carrying on and not changing.

  JK- Hey , great thread dude! I like this thread ! I've got loads of stupid elder stories . This one elder who had it out for me was very charismatic, about 65 years old, had a hottie for a wife, about mid 40's . He was very opiniated, gave his personal opinions on everything- essentially thinking he was God himself. We were walking down a steep driveway and he slipped downhill on some ice and fell flat on his back and butt ! I tried to help him up, but he was so prideful he said, " I'm alright! I'm alright! ", and refused help !He got up as fast as a cat falling looking around to see if anyone saw him. Then he sheepishly said, " Let's just make sure my wife doesn't hear about this O.K. ? " I could not believe the prideful bastard. This guy really thought he was Jesus reincarnated. Some elders, brother

  JK, that elder just realized that the bird was sent by Satan to shit on him personally as a way of interrupting the elder's Sacred Service to the Universal Sovreign. He did what any dedicated theocrat would do.
