....got into a discussion with another JW last week over this matter, and he brought this up. Knowing what I know, I took him to the Greek dictionary to let him know what the bibical word Nation meant:
1. a multitude (whether of men or of beasts) associated or living together
1. a company, troop, swarm
2. a multitude of individuals of the same nature or genus
1. the human family
3. a tribe, nation, people group
4. in the OT, foreign nations not worshipping the true God, pagans, Gentiles
5. Paul uses the term for Gentile Christians .
Taking that ALL into account, you can see what I mean.
By bibical definiton, JWs have yet to cover every nation on this earth.

agreed. If you refuse to go into Islamic nations to preach the good news, then you cannot possibly fulfill this. Even if you did, you will still need to get every sect in the nation to say this.

Plus the 1 million people who have been and are dying every week, including the years when they thought the end was nigh! Some peoples have lived since before Jesus birth to the present day without having been impacted on by the Bible message. Work that one out!! The fact of the matter proves the misapplication of the scripture or even the irrelevance of it ! If the Bible is Gods intent at preaching to all the inhabited Earth then I'm sure it would have been done already!

I remember a speaker at Twickenham candidly admitting that they could never give a witness to every person on the Earth "The job is just too big" he said .
They said that they have to "Rely on Jehovah " to call out the people that He sees worthy.
Tough if you are born in a village in Afghanistan or Iran or anywhere in Central Asia or China. etc, But the people down the road from our local Kingdom Hall got an "opportunity "every few weeks

Between China and India, they have 2.5 billion people. It's been 140 years and only a handful of JW's there and they don't dare to go into Muslim
country such as the Middle East. Jehovah failed them.
Yep.
In the annual report of the activity of JWs, add up all the populations of the countries listed. Between China, India, and the Muslim countries, there is something like 3 - 3.5 billion people, and only about 35,000 JWs to preach to them - and 25,000 or so of those 35,000 are concentrated in the small subsection of India that is friendly to Christianity.
The "worldwide preaching activity" of Jehovah's Witnesses is largely a myth, in addition to being massively ineffective where it does go on.
Yep, it is a complete & utter failure.

Fifth,
weseeaglobalpreachingworkbeingaccomplished, whichJesussaidwouldtakeplacejustbeforetheendofthissystem. Jesus stated: "This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:14) Today, that prophecy is in the course of fulfillment on an unprecedented scale. True, untouched territories still exist, and it may be that in Jehovah’s due time, a large door leading to greater activity will open. (1 Corinthians 16:9) Nevertheless, the Bible does not state that Jehovah will wait until every individual on earth has received a personal witness. Rather, the good news must be preached to Jehovah’s satisfaction. Then the end will come.—Compare Matthew 10:23.
