Are you the active type or always on the move?

I try to run at least 3 to 4 times a week in the winter and then get to running 6 days a week in the summer and get up to running over 50 miles in training. So I guess I am pretty active.

I take really long walks and some short walks as well, but right now I choose 2-3 mile walks because it's soooo cold. My fingers are numb ,and my runny nose is emberrasing!

I run daily. I cross train to as to prevent injury. I run 4 miles a day 4-5 times a week, lift weights, box and stretching for flexability.

I ride a bicycle a lot (for basic transportation), which adds up. And I have an active job (I will not divulge the exact details so that Brother Hounder is going to have extra thinking work).

I might add that stress speeds up aging even worse. Especially the stress from having to get to the Kingdumb Hell every morning at 5:30 AM, as the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger wants, for field circus. Or having to rush home after work so you can make the evening boasting session. Or the Pioneer Diet. Not getting enough sleep day after day is even worse than not getting enough exercise. And, the stop and go "exercise" that most witlesses get during field circus does not count because they often spend 15 minutes standing at the door discussing Watchtower questions. For maximum benefits, spending a whole hour a day walking or doing other brisk activity is ideal.
