Can I post someone's name?

The reason why I ask is this:

I recently was given a recording of a public talk given by a "representative of the Watchtower Society". I want to post some of the highlights on YouTube, but first I want to make sure I get this guy's name correct. The chairman says his first and last name, and the representative himself says his wife's name, but I can't quite understand what he says. I'm hoping I can post what I think his name is to see if any of you have heard of him.

    Is that okay?

I've seen posts before here where people have posted names, and it seems some don't like that. I'm not looking for confirmation on this man's name so that I can lambast him, I just want to make sure I get his name right.

I am not an authority on such matters, but I can't see why not.

It would be better to wait and hear from a forum administrator or assistant, as they are most familiar with all the rules.

I would like to know the answer as well, so I'll sit back and wait for someone who knows more to arrive on the scene.

It was a public talk. Seems to me it would OK to cite his name.

    But what do I know??

There have been threads that listed names of CO's and DO's and other speakers from the society so I don't see where this would be any different.

    my 2 cents.

It's not good to post names of people who are speaking anonymously in private (here). But this man was speaking in public. Of course you can publish his name. Meetings are public events.
