That is James White from Alpha Omega Ministries. He debated Greg Stafford on the subject of the Trinity in Tampa, Florida 2 or 3 years ago. I did not get to go but a family member did and recorded the debate for me. He is a good guy in a lot of ways, but I have seen him get owned in debates on other subjects a couple of times.
