I got them in my KM.

3% growth for the US and World Wide.

9,105 partakers up from last I think.

This is from memory right now. I might sneak the KM in to my scanner soon assuming someone hasn't already.

Compare that to the birth rate of the U.S. and you would get a much bigger picture. They're numbers are actually going down.

It's true they beat the birth rate slightly.

Well the birth rate is not so interesting, since there is also a death rate involved, but the population growth rate is the point, and since their growth rate is about twice as high as the general population growth rate - and up to three times as high as the general rate is in Western countries, I would not use the word "slightly". 2007 was a good year, there is no use in trying to call it anything else. BTW, I fail to see why the annual rate question is posted under "Scandals"? TOH
