hi , there was a discussion on this very topic not too long ago. I think I may have asked it.

I'll see if I can find it, also you can do a google search. I'll see (or maybe someone else who is faster than I ) can help too. There are some very intellegent people on here who are always willing to help.

Subjecting Ourselves to the Faithful Slave Jehovah by Dedication

At the close of the convention baptism talk, the baptism candidates will be in position to answer with depth of understanding and heartfelt appreciation two simple questions that serve to confirm that they recognize the implications of following Christ’s example. The first question is:

ON the basis of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, have you repented of your sins and dedicated yourself to Jehovah to do his will?

    The second is:

Do you understand that your dedication and baptism identify you as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in association with God's spirit-directed organization?

Having answered yes to these questions, candidates are in a right heart condition to undergo Christian baptism.

There are about 35 pages of questions in 4 sections of the appendix of the book,
ORGANIZED TO DO JEHOVAH'S WILL that anyone who wants to be baptized
must answer. Generally, elders visit the potential JW in one hour sessions to
cover a section at a time with the student. Instructions for the elders are at the
end of the questions. Gotta make sure they are fully indoctrinated before the
JW's claim them as one of their own.

The book is only given to JW's and to regular publishers who are progressing
    toward baptism.

Well, there ya go. hehe. There is also a link lingering around that shows all the changes over the course of the years. It is amazing that there have been so many changes and yet people still get baptised into the organization.

Having gone over 120 questions (last I heard), no one can make a claim that they didn't know what they were getting into should they get disfellowshipped at some later date.

I would love to circulate a cheat sheet for all those interested. Undermine those zealots at the pants.
