  Watched this rather disturbing documentary last night about young children involved in preaching some form of religious faith.......its is probably worth clicking on the video clips to get a feel of this programme.

  One of the most alarming things for me is the story of Ana Dias who started preaching age 3, and now as a teenager admits to sharing her father's bed.

  But in general the way these kids preach is quite scary in terms of the brainwashing and manipulation that these small children are exposed to...........reminds me of another religion I know.

  I saw that. I don't remember his name, but one young boy (I think he was 7) went to New York with his parents to preach on the streets. With all the arguing that ensued, he ended up crying. Out of all of them, I felt sorry for him the most.

  He asked his father if he would go to hell. His father asked him if he'd ever disobeyed his mother. He said yes. "Then yes, you will go to hell, unless you give yourself to Jesus" was basically the response. He asked to be baptized straight away.

  It was disgusting. He has to grow up now believing hell is a real place, that evolution is false, and a whole load of myth thanks to his dumb Christian parents. Anyone with some sense could see he was suffering inside from those backwards beliefs that have been forced on him. It's cases like these that are my main reason for wanting religion challenged - the mental abuse of children.
