I mean against another jw. But, either really... So, say if another JW killed or raped somebody, got reproved or d'f because of it... then got reinstated but the case or trial was still going on. Would the innocent JW who was involved or pressing charges have any extra priviledges like being an elder, ms, or pioneer while the case is still open or going on?

Your scenario is too bizarre. Of course you would have to testify in a criminal trial.
Of course you would be expected to go through with a rape or murder trial if you were
the victim. There might be some pressure to let it go if it were date rape and you didn't
scream out (or some other nonsense in their beliefs), but they cannot tell you to withdraw
testimony or lose privileges. I am sure there have been some local elders who mishandled
these things badly and suggested it, though. So I guess your question is valid.

Where they put the pressure on is LAWSUITS. Sueing for money. Don't sue your brother.
Deep down, I think this is a DON'T SUE THE WTS rule in disquise.

I don't really know the answer to your question, but in my experience with conflicts within the org, the one who is performing the best is the one who is believed. Also, it is all about public opinion (sanctify the WTS at all costs), so if you get your name in the paper, watch out.

I have a relative who was accused of molestation by another relative in the congregation. He admitted it. There were no charges brought up, but he was removed as an elder, and can't read, pray, lead a service group...etc. He can go out in service, give talks in the school, answer (OMG!He's old and knows EVERYTHING) conduct bible studies, and he continues to be one of the most self-righeous people I hope I will ever know. Now, I know this may be off the subject a bit, but IF there had been charges brought up, I wonder if anything would have been different. We are talking about a lifer, player, and a popular personality. IMO, they take care of their own.
