How about zero? It's probably forbidden.

The WTS itself has only email addresses to their PR area/staff. A search on the internet yielded no emails. How many congregations have websites though?

They are not desperate to spread the truth. They are desparate to make a show of spreading the 'truth'. If they were truly intent on spreading their message, they would take full advantage of technological advances. They are keen to remind people that they did this with the phonographs, the photo drama of creatation is touted as using new technology to teach the masses. I remember in the mid-70's, the WTS had a radio show sunday mornings. I proudly listened every week from my bed. TV, radio, email, and a better website are all virtually ignorred by the org. They are clearly not remotely serious about spreading the life-saving message of Jehovah's Kingdom. -Aude.

I don't know of any KHs that have it. But I do have it on very good word that the WTS will begin corresponding with the BOE of the congregations, in Canada at least, through email. But according to my source this will be nothing "confidential" and more of a webmail format. He says its not implemented yet.
As it is, several Canadian elders and even a few ministerial servants have had assigned logins and passwords to a secured watchtower site since the beginning of this year. The secretaries for example fill out the field reports online rather than faxing it in on the 6th of the month.
