I forgot to post Monday, or rather I avoided posting Monday. I didn't lose any weight last week. However, I check my diary on calorieking.com and see that my total weight loss since Jan. 1 is 8 1/2 pounds, so I guess I shouldn't be discouraged. I am doing about 250 minutes of exercise a week, although my goal was just 150. Maybe (am I just deluding myself here?) I am building muscle, which is heavier than fat. I don't know, but I keep on working on it!

lost one measly pound this week - but it makes my goal that much closer. Have been working a lot. Have had trouble with my internet at home - several evenings spent with verizon tech support, now they are mailing me a new modem. So I haven't been online much, just at work.

well, the good news is I am back online. Better news is I've lost 11 pounds since Jan 1.

well, this is it. The last day of the tenth week. total weight loss: 13 pounds. Nice that I exceeded my goal. So that's it, so long folks. I'm still going to keep going on the diet, a year and a half - this is the longest I have ever succeeded in keeping to a diet. Hope it is a lifelong change. Bye!
