    Hello, anyone got a comment.?
    Matt 20:
20 Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a sabbath.
21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be.
22 And if those days had not been shortened, no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.
23 Then if any one says to you, 'Lo, here is the Christ!' or 'There he is!' do not believe it.
24 For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.
25 Lo, I have told you beforehand.
26 So, if they say to you, 'Lo, he is in the wilderness,' do not go out; if they say, 'Lo, he is in the inner rooms,' do not believe it.
27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
28 Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: Matt 20: is Jesus talking to his Disciples in his day when he was first here.
Note: Matt 27: tells about the 2nd comming of Jesus, looks like everyone will easily be able to tell when this happens.

    Regards.

actually buddy Ive noticed some interesting things about Matthew 24 myself. The very FIRST sign mentioned is the prevelence of FALSE PROPHECY. Interestingly there is a passage that says "if they shall say he is in the secret chamber, believe it not".
Could be interpreted as meaning if they tell you he resides in a hidden place or is invisibly present.
    could be.
All these come in Christs name, not necessarily claiming to BE Christ, but to represent him.
I think false prophecy angles are mentioned on no less than 3 occassions thru the course of the chapter,verse4, verse 11,verse 23,

further to this, Seventh Day Adventists claim that their famous return of Christ prediction of 1844 was fullfilled invisibly when christ entered the most holy of the invisible heavenly temple.
If that isnt claiming He is in the "inner chamber"...what is?

I have a question. The second time Jesus comes will there be a lengthy tracing of his roots back through his earthly father to "prove" he is of David's tree at the same time his followers claim he was conceived by "the holy spirit"?

Just wondering if we'll be able to eliminate a few contradictions the second time through.....
