I received an email from a good friend about Oprah supporting this new movement. I sent it to my inactive hubby who responded with "wow, think it's true?" It's not the first time i hear opinions against her, but i guess anyone with that much power is going to have her share of critics.
Throughts, Opinions?
I normally don't forward emails, but I thought this one had significance. I'm not going to tell you what to think or do, I just want all of you to be aware of what's going on in case you don't watch Oprah. I have not read the particular book that is referenced, but I do think it is a wake-up-call for Christians who don't take Oprah's power and influence seriously. On her website, she and the author of The New Awakening (coincides with the Course in Miracles referenced below) will be teaching a 10-week series to any one in the world who has an internet connection....any one in the world....that means millions upon millions will hear that there is no sin, no Savior and no need for forgiveness. It's a long email, but worth the read. I just wanted you all to be aware and take whatever action you feel is appropriate. Subject: Fw: Oprah Exposed~ serious! Please read
