One of my nephews had it from a very early age, it's pretty devastating if people around aren't really understanding. Some people never grow out of it. He used to yell out at assemblies, that was so cool. once, "BITCH"!!!! during a quiet spot in a prayer, that was priceless, perfectly timed.

very strange,,one of my clients got spinal menengitis,,,bad,,,prob wont ever recover,,had strokes after, etc,,,,just after she first got out of hospital, she started to swear like a sailor,,,she knew she was,,was so funny we would both laugh,,as she was so proper before it all
