Oh no... the shame...
I went to San-Diego a few years ago with someone I worked with (to do with work). While there, we visited Sea World (a great place BTW, the attraction and the city)
We went and saw various shows and fancied seeing the Bird of Prey demonstration. Unfortunatly, unlike the UK where we just have 'the time' over in the US the time that is on your TV screen may not be what time it actually is depending on whether you are using Pacific Time or Central Time or Mountain Time or Beach Time or whatever.
As we sat there, eager to see the birds of prey, the auditorium filled up with lots of people. Lots of young people to be precise.
Then Bert and Ernie walked past. We both had a little chuckle... "Look - Bert & Ernie! LOL"
Of course by the time "The Sesame Street Parade" was in full swing we had to try and sneak out as best we could really embarrassed.
But at least I can say I've seen Big Bird in real life...
Damn show-times should have been clearer for us visiting Brits!
