Its not uncommon I think, we just don't hear about it in the media
When I was a JW in Eastern Ontario our whole territory had all kinds of people who were incestuous. In most cases the children never mind the parents were mentally challanged.

I wonder if this situation was one where the father initiated the use of force against his daughter. Usually, these situations do involve rape, and sometimes the daughter is underage on top of that.

Well you can't really claim rape here she's 30 fricken years old when this happens! What the LLLL was she thinking? And worse they look like twins!!!!!
