I'm a coffee snob and this offer was too good to pass up. I know the pods are costlier, but you can also make your own pods with several types of contraptions available, many at amazon.com. I just received my machine a couple days ago and love the coffee. I make doubles and it comes out with a nice bit of crema on top.

thanks for the link. I buy the Senseo pods at Smart & Final - they aren't that expensive, taste pretty good. We have a single service coffee pot at the office, and a 4-cup coffee pot at the other office, as we all like our coffee really fresh. I ordered it - sounds like a good deal.
