Some Kingdom Halls have 3, 4, even 5 congregations meeting there. Not everybody will fit into the KH for Saturday service.
They'll have to still have meetings for service in private homes for Saturday at least.
I think it makes sense to have a bunch of "service overseers" to replace the "congregation book study overseers". I iimagine the criteria for selecting them will be a bit different than for selecting the CBSO - the primary requirement would be "service minded".
And how about shepherding? Shepherding has always been strongly encouraged at the CBS level - now with no individual CBS's, will the new "mini-service-overseer" also be in charge of shepherding his group?
Very very odd....what would prompt them to shake things up this dramatically?
