Does this mean there are no more groups? How many times these groups were re-shuffled and we were told this is the last time before armageddon.

The groups will be retained for purposes of field service.
No specifics were given but it appears that the congregation will still be split into various groups similar to what we have now.
It would have to be that way in many rural areas where travel distance is an issue and cities where multiple congregations use the same KH. That is unless they change the "formality" of a sit-down meeting before field service.
Now that I think of it, we have many times just met in small groups outside the KH on a Saturday/Sunday morning, decided what territory to work, said a prayer in the parking lot and went on our way.

Well, all that is gone now. I suppose the members will create new reasons as to why this is better, they really have no choice but to do so if you think about it.
