Everything has been wiped out of my inbox, the whole lot, friends, business contacts everything due to a system cleanup on their behalf. All saved personal information has gone, has anyone else experienced this?

Just found out, its all coming back online shortly, just wish they would give notice of maintenance, so bloody slack of them, do they know of the meaning of customer service / satisfaction?
