Okay, I'm looking at the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the July OUR KINGDOM MINISTRY (yes, that's right July, I got people)

Anyways, it says

Literature offer for July: Keep on the Watch! If the congregation does not have this brochure in stock, please check if nearby congregations have a surplus on hand that you can use. If that is not possible, offer another appropiate brochure the congregation has in stock.

How about, we don't have any in stock and you send us some!???? Sounds like a "Hey, let's get rid of what we have, and if you don't have any to get rid of, get rid of youre neighbors down the street, and if he does have any, get rid of what you have, we don't care what it is, just get rid of it!

Now that's for July, in August they say the same things for Worship the Only True God., in September, using What Does the Bible Really Teach? They want all you zombies out there to "make an effort to start Bible studies on the initial call."

And don't forget August have five (yes count them) five FULL weekends, "it would be an excellent month to auxiliary pioneer."

In September, everyone will have a soecial visit from the CO who will give the talk: Walk in the Way of Integrity. How wonderful!

I'm seeing the fs in a new light. Yeah, enjoy the pun. I see the cong's activities in two parts:

1. Commercialism

2. Fake spirituality used as a lure to get more into the commericalistic spirit to push the goods onto others.

This reminds me of how drug pushers do it.

1. Commercialism that generates money to the drug lords.

2. Create a dependency in the people that will be pushing it onto others.

The WTS would do better to market the pseudo-Christian-prosperity mega church hook, with direct books sales and email newsletters.

Like that's going to do any good if you have Tuesdays and Thursdays off instead of traditional weekends. And August is, for most, one of the hottest and/or muggiest months of the year. Besides, the God machines need a break before the Great Houndathon come the new circus year.

Bro. RR, that's exactly what it is. Got to make room for some new stuff coming. Clean out that book room, dust off the shelves! Be ready for the "faithful and discreet slave" to be regurgitating some new light in the near future. It's just around the corner. It could be next week. And don't forget to donate to the worldwide ministry work. It costs to make this kind of food for the sheep. Appreciate what the Mother Organization does for her children!

How can you even bare to read it - I haven't touched a piece of literature in 3 years. hehehe

Remember they also want to save costs. Plus I doubt they truly really care what is getting placed, as long as you leave a piece of literature at the door - THAT is the most important thing.

I remember they would then do a demonstration (yay you sisters get a turn on the platform now) placing the brochure in the field.
