You know I can understand paying hugh salaries for baseball, football and basket ball players BUT GOLF...I would rather gouge my eyes out than watch golf...

Tiger is definitely one of the best of all times. However I was sorta rooting for Rocco, I like underdogs. Besides I just find they put too much emphasis on Tiger.
zeroday: Golf is a slow game, but probably the sport which requires the most precision and skill, imo. I'm always amazed at how good these guys are. Hitting the ball a couple hundred yards landing it within a few feet of where you were aiming is quite a feat. Give it a try, you'll see how frustrating it really is, and not as easy as it seems.

No doubt...I have tried to watch golf...I have seen some of the best players miss a 3 foot put only to have Tiger sink a 22 footer...the man is not human I believe he is part of an alien race trying to take over the world starting with golf...

I have lost track of how many of those 'must have' putts he has made to stay alive or win significant rounds of golf.
The man is clearly more focused than 90 out of 100 golfers out there. This one is even more impressive due to this being his comeback after knee-surgery. He clearly lost a few yards and some control off of the tee today - he misjudged some irons too, due to loss of torque on the leading side. Still he makes that fabulous putt.
I was watching Rocco too - always been a silent fav of mine - he is humble and just loves to play. Still I am a Tiger fan - the man has transformed the game.

I think Tiger will win tomorrow. He's been there many times and has more nerves I think. I was hoping they would play extra holes today. Will mostly affect Rocco more.
