Special Elder Meetings

This week there have been special Elder training meetings. Anyone know what these are about?

Our elder's school will run next weekend. I don't think this is anything
out of the usual.

The elders have a 2 day school with the CO and DO every 3 years. The MS have a 1 day school usually the 1st day of the elders school. The elders have a day by themselves. Discussing 2 QFRs on blood and various sections in Pay Attention to the Flock book on judical matters.

I think they train them to lay down, roll over, play dead and then they get a big doggie chewy as a reward for their good behavior.

P.S. They also get trained in the fine art of sniffing each other's "arses".

Whatever happened to that new elder's manual rumour? Or was it just a rumour?

My dad is in Phenix for the School. Today and tomorrow is for the Elders and Sunday is for the Servants. Monday he and mom are coing here to stay for about a week. Hopefully some things will be said while they are here. But not too much as my father is VERY tight-lipped about things.
